Need help deciding on a dog breed.......

i am looking for a dog breed, that will suit my life style. i am debating between a greyhound (female) or a whippet (female)
i am looking for a good biking companion, because i like biking. and yes i would go slow for the dog, but a decent enough speed so it can jog.
i also want a good agility dog that is fast, and yet is good with children.
also if i am really tired i want it to be ok with just going for a short walk or jog around the block.
what do you think is better? a greyhound or a whippet? i also want to do a little bit of frisbee and possibly dockdogs, and maybe maybe maybe flyball.

greyhounds can be couch potatoes and really happy with a good hearty walk once day. Whippets are truly athletes and yet they are happy to cuddle on the couch as well. so in my estimation, a whippet fulfills more of the qualifications you are looking for.
