My alarm keychain remote locked my garage door. How can I fix it?

I finally found my alarm key-chain remote, used it and opened the garage door but now it locked the wall keypad and key-chain remote. The outside wireless unit works ok, as well as the remotes that came with the opener. I unplugged the the alarm side of it in the wall and noticed the wall unit came back up. I opened and closed it with the outside unit, inside unit and remotes with no problem. As soon as I used the alarm key-chain remote it locked the wall unit again. Alarm company says it's my problem. I don't think so. I already changed the batteries as well. How can I fix it?
